Een van onze opdrachtgevers, actief in de marketing, heeft DutchDare International gevraagd de werving & selectie te doen van de nieuwe Marketing Specialist (Focus op Twitter). Deze vaste baan kan op korte termijn ingevuld worden. De gevraagde inzet is fulltime.
Functie
Your main focus will be actively engaging with our audience by replying to comments, interacting with followers, and building a strong community around our brand. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands growth strategies, and knows how to turn conversations into real audience growth and engagement.
This is a full-time position, so we are looking for someone who is dedicated, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of our X account. You must have excellent English communication skills and a proven track record of growing and managing large accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with our community by replying to every relevant comment and mention on X.
- Drive organic growth through consistent activity and smart engagement strategies.
- Create strategic engagement plans to increase followers and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends and jump into relevant conversations to boost visibility.
- Work closely with our team to ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice.
- Analyze growth metrics ad adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Provide regular reports on performance and growth progress.
Functie-eisen
- Proven experience managing and growing X (Twitter) accounts, preferably for gaming, tech or entertainment brands.
- Deep understanding of X algorithms, trends, and engagement techniques.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the team.
- Creative, proactive and highly responsive, with strong attention to detail.
- Full-time availability – must be ready to fully commit to growing our x presence.
- Strong analytical mindset to track performance and optimize strategy.
